Participants in our CPE Training learn to focus inwardly, enhancing awareness of their thoughts, emotions, movements, and bodily responses. This self-awareness helps them to discern the experiences of others they encounter in their Chaplain work. We call this dual understanding of self and others as 'two satellites.' Our ultimate goal is to help participants comprehend these aspects, foster relationships, and through this spiritual health, empower them to confidently navigate uncharted territories.
We conduct CPE Training Units from January to December, in inspiring places worldwide or virtually via Zoom. We organize soul care rejuvenate meetings in natural settings throughout the year, catering to both small and large groups. We also provide a comprehensive range of certifications from Board-Certified Chaplain to CPE Supervisior.

CPE Supervisor Ben Rrustemaj, Founder and CEO of Chaplaincy via FISH & TURTLE with Chaplaincy Pro (www.Chaplaincy.Pro), has a fascinating background. Originating from Kosovo and surviving three civil wars, he lived as a refugee in several countries before making his mark in the United States. His vast ministry experience spans across Albania, New Zealand, and the US, equipping him with a unique multicultural perspective. In his role as a professor, Arbenit is wholeheartedly dedicated to nurturing the human soul and providing emotional support to individuals from all walks of life.
As a CPE Supervisor, Steve Gomes has devoted his career to pastoral care and education. Raised in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, Steve's life journey led him to Colorado, where he spent thirty enriching years. His love for music and the outdoors is paralleled by his passion for healthcare chaplaincy. He has been deeply involved in addiction recovery and later became the director of chaplains in a new hospital in Littleton, Colorado. Steve's dedication to his role is testament to his belief in the significance of chaplain work in healthcare.
